The decision was made out of an abundance of caution due to safety concerns related to COVID-19 spread in our community. |

Entertainment Arts Performances Displays Workshops In celebration of the Festival of Pacific Arts (FestPac), bringing together the Pacific Region's artists and cultural practitioners every four years, Guam will host this major regional event in 2016. Join CHE'LU in welcoming official FestPac delegates (outside of Guam) to the first Festival of Chamorro Arts in San Diego. If you have been selected to be a Guam FestPac Diaspora Delegate, you can reserve and pay for vending space online. |
